3 days to Lille!

Help I should be packing - but too many other things to do!

Am setting up this blog in the hope that we will be able to keep a record of our Lille In-Service Training experience which begins with the Eurostar on Sunday. We hope to give you a real 'saveur' of the whole 'aventure française!' 

So far the process has been painless, thanks to all the fantastic help and support provided by Emilia at 'LEAP - Language Education And Partnerships,' the course provider who are organising it all.

 If you are thinking of applying, I would say GO FOR IT! The trip is fully funded in terms of travel, accommodation, tuition, and sustenance! This is a real bonus for teachers who hardly ever get such a fantastic opportunity!

Yes there is an application form to be filled in, and a grant to be applied for,but the process is FULLY SUPPORTED by LEAP and also by the British Council. We couldn't have asked for better help and advice.The service so far has been excellent!

We have been kept up to date with all arrangements for the visit via a website (minigroup and blog) which has put all the participants in touch with each other and provided detailed information about all aspects of the trip.

We are all really excited and looking forward to the experience.
